I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.
Complete 1st and sport's sections totaling 50 pages, nice condition.

background: On May 7, 1982, the Oakland Raiders announced their relocation to Los Angeles, formally ending a contentious standoff between team owner Al Davis, the City of Oakland, and the NFL that had been brewing for years over stadium conditions and revenue issues. The Raiders planned to play their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum beginning with the 1982 season, a move the NFL initially opposed but was ultimately forced to accept after a series of lawsuits. Oakland sued both the Raiders and the league, while Davis countersued, and the resulting court decisions significantly weakened the NFL’s ability to block franchise relocations. The move proved successful on the field, as the Raiders became one of the league’s most popular teams in Southern California and later won Super Bowl XVIII during their Los Angeles tenure, before eventually returning to Oakland in 1995.
