LE JOURNAL DU DIMANCHE [The Sunday Newspaper], Paris, August 31, 1997 Printed at the very top (translated) is: "Special 6 a.m. Special Edition" reporting the death of Princess Diana. The ftpg report is headed (translated): "The Death of Lady Diana" "The Princess and Dodi al Fayed Are Killed In An Accident in Paris". The two ftpg. color photos show Lady Diana, as well as the accident scene, with an inset of Dodi el-Fayed (see).
Not only is this a same-day report of her death, this newspaper is from Paris, where she died. Present are the outer leaves only of this "Special Edition" with pages 1, 2, 19 & 20. Nice condition.
