The entire first column is taken up with two Acts of Congress, each signed in type by: Th. Jefferson. The first is "An Act Making Appropriations for the Support o the Navy of the United States during the year 1808." The bkpg. is mostly taken up with two more Acts, again each signed by Jefferson. One is "An Act to Erect a Light-House on Point Judith in the state of Rhode Island."
Page 3 has a small & unrelated letter to the Congress signed in type: Th. Jefferson. Four pages, very nice condition.
