The front page has content both on the Spanish-American War, and the work towards Hawaii being annexed to the United States.
A one column heading reads: "TO ANNEX HAWAII" with subheads. Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 4 pages, small library stamp within the masthead, a few tiny binding holes along the spine, generally very nice.
