The front page has the banner heading: "BREAKUP LOOMS BEFORE RUSSIA NOW", with subhead: "RUSSIA APPEARS UPON EVE IF TROUBLE THAT MAY OVETURN NATION", with more. Another subhead has: "Observers Scent A New Revolution", with considerable text. Also present on the front page is a related large (8 3/4" by 11 1/2") political cartoon by the famed Louis Raemaekers, who some credit with helping the Allied Powers win WWI. Great to have such displayable coverage depicted the tension on the eve of the Russian Revolution.
It is appears to be the complete issue, but is being sold for the described content. Even toning, small edge tears, small disbinding holes along the left spine, somewhat fragile. In good condition for the era.
