SPOONER'S VERMONT JOURNAL, Windsor, Nov. 2, 1795 Over half of the front page is taken up with a lengthy: "Proclamation" calling for: "...a day of public Thanksgiving and Praise throughout this state..." signed by the governor: Thomas Chittenden.
Page 3 has a report concerning Indian land, as well as a report questioning the quick resignation of Edmond Randolph as Secretary of State.
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, nice condition.
