Near the bottom of the front page has a two column heading: "Seabiscuit, in $50,000 Victory, Redeems Self". (see images) The top of the front page of the sport's section has a banner photo headed: "THEY COULDN'T KEEP WOOLF (AND BISCUIT) FROM DOOR" and text.
The top of page 3 of the sport's section has a another heading: "'BISCUIT MOWS FIELD IN THRILLER" with subheads and two related photos. First report coverage on famous racehorse, Seabiscuit, winning the Gold Cup at Santa Anita Stakes in Arcadia, California. This was the inaugural race here. Complete with 40+ pages, light toning, a little margin wear, generally good.
