Among the subheads on Lincoln's journey are: "Mayor Wood's Speech to Mr. Lincoln" "Mr. Lincoln's Reply to Mayor Wood" of New York City; "What the People Said, And What Mr. Lincoln Replied" "A Tall Customer" "Taller Than the Tallest--Good For Jersey" ""Mr. Lincoln on the Balcony" of the Astor House, a print of which is in the Harper's Weekly issue of March 2, 1861.
Also: "The Police Arrangements" "A Significant Interview".
