This title concentrates on providing verbatim reports from Congress as its content is almost entirely such. Reports on the Civil War are very limited; however these issues do provide a nice reflection of Congressional debates and actions, many of which relate to the war.
Each is complete in 4 pages (6 is a "supplement is included), large folio size, some minor margin tears, still bound together, and generally in good condition. See images for details.
