Page 9 has a three column heading: "Mom, dad, four kids found shot to death" with photo of a Defoe family member being carried out in a body bag. (see images) I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because their was really no reason to save it at the time as this event gained folklore over time.
This was the crime that would be the basis for the book & series of movies titled "The Amityville Horror". A year after this tragedy another family moved into the house but after just 28 days they left the house, claiming to have been terrorized by paranormal phenomena while living there.
Complete with 60+ pages, light toning at the margins, a few small binding holes along the spine, generally in good condition.
