THE LONDON GAZETTE, England, March 13, 1675 The front page has a report from "Cologne" which notes in part: "...a little war between the students of this city and the inhabitants of Duyts [Deutz] on the other side of the Rhine, on this occasion; The said students having resolved to pillage the houses of some Jews, and of other inhabitants of Duyts, with whom they had had a quarrel the day before..." with more on the details.
Complete as a single sheet issue, 6 3/4 by 11 inches, untrimmed margins, light dirtiness to an upper corner, good condition.
