Page 3 has a nice report on the opening of the 2nd Congress of the United States, and this is followed by a significant report headed: "National Bank" with details concerning its creation and organization, including the various men chosen as its directors, and noting that: "Thomas Willing, Esq. is chosen President of the Bank of the United States..." with more.
The front page has an article: "Of Sleep, by the Rev. John Wesley".
Four pages, nice condition.
