THE WASHINGTONIAN, Windsor, Vermont, Dec. 16, 1811  The dominant feature of this issue is the very displayable masthead, featuring a large engraving of a heraldic eagle with an 11-inch banner. 
Inside pages include: "Gen. Wilkinson" and: "Retreat to Vincennes" which concerning Wm. H. Harrison's campaign against the Indians, mentioning returning soldiers: "...who were present at the late engagement...and the whole amount of what Gov. Harison calls a 'complete & decisive victory'...The truth is, Gov. Harrison was surprised & the conflict was dreadful; for he lost nearly one-fourth in killed & wounded..." with more concerning the historic battle of Tippecanoe.
Four pages, trimmed close at the bottom margin causes loss to the bottom line of several columns but not affecting mentioned content.
