Note: This is in reference to (Sabbatai Zevi (Shabbetai Tsvi) whom later became known as the (as an) false Messiah.
The front page has a report noting: "We are informed from Leghorn that in the ship Tripolina, commanded by Dominico Francesco, there were embarked 60 Jews bound for Alexandria, many of them learned persons; in particular a Doctor of the Law, with all his family in search of their new Prophet."
The bottom of the back page gives the total number who died from the Plague the previous week, very much a problem in London at the time & which would be mitigated some by the Great London Fire in 1666. It reads: "The weekly Bill runs thus. In all 238. Plague 28. Increased in all, 1. Decreased of the Plague 14."
