I believe this to be an "extra" edition put out very quickly to announce: "KENNEDY IS SLAIN" in huge red letters on the front page with banner subhead and two related photos. (see)
Incomplete issue containing the front and back page leafs of the 1st section only, great for display as such. A few small archival mends along the bottom margin inside, otherwise very nice
