This is followed by: "Glorious Opportunity - Grant Wants 100,000 Men to End this War" signed in type by: Edwin Stanton, Sec. of War. Also "Thanks For Victory - Recommendations by President Lincoln" signed in type: Abraham Lincoln, followed by: "Thanks to Gen. Sherman & His Men" signed in type: Abraham Lincoln, and: "Salutes Ordered" signed in type: Abraham Lincoln, and then: "Thanks to Farragut & Candy" signed in type: Abraham Lincoln.
