Also on the front page: "Executive Order Establishing a Provisional Court in Louisiana" which is signed in type: Abraham Lincoln.
'Inside includes: "Jeff. Davis on Gen. Butler" "Mr. Jeff. Davis & His Scheme of Wholesale Murder" & more on the war. Page 7 has a quite lengthy document: "The Power Of Emancipation" "By the President of the Confederate States--A Proclamation" signed in type by: Jefferson Davis.
