The top of the front page has a two column heading: "CURTISS USES HIS HYDROPLANE IN TRIP TO CRUISER'S DECK" with subheads. (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 12 pages, Irregular along the spine, otherwise nice.
wikipedia notes: Glenn Hammond Curtiss was an American aviation and motorcycling pioneer, and a founder of the U.S. aircraft industry. In late January of 1911, he flew the first seaplane from the water in the United States. Demonstrations of this advanced design were of great interest to the Navy, but more significant, as far as the Navy was concerned.
