The entirety of the back page is taken up with: "Message of the President of the United States to the Two Houses of Congress" which is signed in type at its conclusion: M. Van Buren.
This was Van Buren's state-of-the-union address in which he reflects upon the year with thoughts on need for the coming year.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, large folio size with various folds and wear ate the margins with a few indents, some foxing and various archival mends at margins.
