The front page has reports from "Congress" headed with an engraving of a heraldic eagle & includes a letter signed: John Adams.
"Manufactures" on page 2 notes in part: "Very palatable Wine has...been made of grapes, raised on an island in the Ohio...opposite Gallipolis..." with mention that "Scioto Wine" might supplant Madeira wine.
Another report begins: "Judas Arnold, Has...been ferreted from St. John's, and has gone to England--from thence he is to go to Botany Bay...".
Page 3 has a "Proclamation" signed in type by: George Clinton, followed by another "Proclamation" signed in type by: John Hancock.
Four pages, very nice condition.
