This is issue #31 of a short-lived title which existed to report on the ongoing disputes between the Scots and English. The entire front page is taken up with various reports from Edinburgh, which carries over to the back page as well. Most of the back page is; "The Journal of Major General Mackay's March Against the Viscount of Dundee, In a Letter from all Gentleman in the Major Genera's Army, to a Friend"
Complete as a single sheet newspaper with wide, untrimmed margins, measures 7 1/2 by 12 1/4 inches, nice condition.
