The front page has a short bit noting: "Sir Guy Carleton has written a private letter to a friend, in which he gives it as his opinion that the Americans would sooner become Colonists to France than relax from their present obstinate demands."
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, a bit irregular at the spine with some wear at the spine, red tax stamp on the front page.
