A quite rare edition put out specifically for the famous boxing match between Heenan and Sayers, the American champion versus the British champion, in what was billed the first "world title" boxing match, which lasted 2 hours 27 minutes. It was fought in England, hence the listing of both London & New York in the dateline of this "English Extra" edition. The publisher apologies for the prints not appearing in the issue, which would have delayed the printing of this edition (see). Almost the entire 8 pages of this issue are taken up with reports concerning the boxing match.
Eight pages, some minor chipping at margins, nice condition.
