ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS, England, Feb. 18, 1865 This famous British newspaper formatted much like Harper's Weekly has American content on the Civil War.
Inside has a full page map: "Wilmington and Cape Fear River, North Carolina" showing much detail. There is a related article with the same heading describing the war events in that vicinity.
Over half of the front page is a print: "Machinery for Tracking the Atlantic Telegraph Cable on Board he Great Eastern" with a related article.
Complete in 24 pages, very nice condition.
