Over one-third of page 4 is taken up with the: "Short Abstract of Bill for the Provisional Establishment & Regulation of Trade and Intercourse Between the Subjects of Great Britain, and those of the United States of North America." One bit notes: "...the ships & vessels of the subjects of America, with the merchandises on board the same, shall be admitted into all the ports of Great Britain in the same manner as vessels of the subjects of other Independent States...".
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
