This is the famous anti-slavery newspaper by famed abolitionist publisher William Lloyd Garrison. The masthead features two engravings, one of a slave auction and the other showing slaves being emancipated.
Among the articles within: "Garrison & Phillips On Lincoln" "Pay of Colored Troops" "The Negro Population of Canada West" "The Kentucky Free South" "Emancipation In Kentucky" and much more.
Four pages, folio size, never bound nor trimmed with a small wear hold at an upper fold juncture and a few very discrete archival mends at margins. Foxing to the top quadrant of the front page. Folder size noted is for the issue folded in half.
