THE WEEKLY INTELLIGENCER, Seattle, Washington Territory, Dec. 28, 1868 Not only is this the earliest newspaper we have offered from Seattle, this was printed 21 years before Washington would become a state. "Union List of Newspapers" notes only two institutions have issues from 1868.
Four pages with typical news and ads of the day. Never bound nor trimmed, some wear at the folds, generally good condition.
