Page 2 (#114) has under the heading "THANKSGIVING," a proclamation from the Governor of Massachusetts: "Governor Everett has appointed Thursday, the first of December next, as a day of Thanksgiving and Praise in the State of Massachusetts...," and principal part of the proclamation was included. Also included within the issue is the multi-page article: "The Army," which contains the names of Lt. Magruder and Lt. Lee showing them being assigned to Special Duty. The names are shown on page 5 (#117).
This is complete in 16 pages measuring approximately 12 x 8.5 inches and is in very nice condition.
