A two issue set on the end of the 1912 World Series with the October 16 issue having ftpg. heads: "GIANTS TAKE LEAD IN THE FINAL GAME; MATTY AND BEDIENT OPPOSING TWIRLERS" with related subheads. By the time this issue went to press it was in the 6th inning, with an inning-by-inning accounting. More on page 10 with 5 related photos.
The October 17 issue has on page 10: "Red Sox Victory Came After Greatest Struggle The Annual Baseball Classic Has Ever Produced" with a nice team photo of the championship team.
Each issue is complete, loose and irregular at the spine, with various margin tears and some minor margin chipping. Somewhat fragile & must be handled carefully.
