Contains President McKinley's Proclamation for Gratitude To God, and for prayer for the welfare of the Army and Navy. It is found on page 7 and was made in the middle of the Spanish-American War. The issue is typically fragile and rough at the left spine, but is otherwise good. This issue also contains a report on the sinking of the SS La Bourgogne (reporting 500 lives lost).
