THE AMENDMENT HERALD, Pittsburgh, June, 1887 An interesting newspaper: "Published By The Penna. Constitutional Temperance Amendment Association" as noted in the masthead. Obviously its focus was to create a Constitutional amendment to outlaw alcohol (which would become the 18th Amendment).Eight pages, 11 by 14 inches, wear at the margins, mostly good.
