Difficult to find 19th century newspapers from Phoenix but here is one. This was published 17 years before Arizona statehood.
Various news & ads of the day including "Notes From Yuma" "A Thrilling Adventure With a Lion..." "Local Briefs" and much more. Nearly half of page 6 has a nice map of streets showing: "Lots on which a poor man can build a home."
Eight pages, binding holes at the blank spine margin, nice condition.
