SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, New York, May 4, 1912 The ftpg. is taken up with a very curious photo of: "The 'Beetle'--A New French Monoplane with Turnable Wings", one of the many now-comical contraptions many thought would revolutionize manned flight. A related article with more prints inside.
Inside has an article: "A Tribute to the Engineers of the 'Titanic' " plus a letter: "The Sinking of the 'Titanic' ".
Also a great two page article: "The Ingenuity of the Toy-Maker" is on mechanical toys and how they work, including 16 photos and an illustration. Great item for mechanical toy collectors
Twenty pages, some having an ink library stamp in the upper margin, otherwise very good and quite displayable.
