Half of the front page is taken up with the: "President's Message" which concludes on page 2 where it is signed: John Tyler. This was the President's annual state-of-the-union address, a tradition which began with Washington & continues to this day. Terrific to have this speech in the newspaper which was essentially the mouthpiece of the federal government.
Four pages, small damp stain to a lower corner, minimal foxing, generally good.
