An uncommon title from Ireland, this issue has the business of the Imperial Parliament, plus news from London, Paris, & Brussels, as well as "French" "German" & "Dutch Papers". The back page has a column headed "Catholic Affairs".
Has a nice engraving in the masthead that includes banner inscribed: "Con Cordia Crescit", which generally means "Union Enhances Victory".
Four pages, has two posting holes in the left margin. Untrimmed.
