The second report is "Late - Has Victorio Escaped After All?" with the last segment of this 3/4 column total reporting reading "If the news of his death is confirmed, New Mexico will feel like declaring a day of thanksgiving. He has been the leading factor in retarding the resources of the southern portion of the Territory."

Other news articles and advertisements of the day are within this issue as well.

This is a complete issue in 8 pages, has a business ink stamp in the masthead area, a small delivery label on the dateline and an archival mend has been made to an inside page, otherwise this is in very good condition. See photos for details.
