Page 3 has a report: Segars.--12,478,000 were imported last year. The domestic manufacture, from foreign tobacco, was of much greater amount. The consumption of all sorts, may be about fifty millions a year. Other news of the day includes: "Legalized Piracy" "The King Of Persia" "Dinner to Commodore Porter" and more. Several interesting advertisements as well. Has a large area of dampstaining, has a stain at the bottom affecting each leaf, trimmed close at the bottom causing unrelated loss, none affecting this report.
