THE ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, Georgia, August 27, 1913 The front page has some one column headlines including: "Frank Sentenced On Murder Charge To Hang Oct. 10" "Motion for New Trial Made and Hearing Set for October 4, Thus Making It Certain Prisoner Will Get Delay" "Newt Lee Is Released By Order of the Court" "Leo Frank Tells Judge That He Is Innocent, but That His Case Is in the Hands of Counsel" (see photos). This reporting carries over to page 2 where there is an article: "Hugh Dorsey's Great Speech Feature of the Frank Trial". You get the complete six pages of the front section only of this Sunday newspaper.
Great to have this reporting in an Atlanta newspaper as this is the city where both the murder & the trial happened. Usual browning with a few small margin tears, otherwise in good condition.
