I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.
Complete with all 100+ pages, tabloid size, nice condition.

background: Ray Kroc didn't just build a restaurant; he engineered a global revolution that redefined the human experience of convenience and reliability. Before Kroc, dining out was a gamble of quality and time; after Kroc, he transformed the "Golden Arches" into a universal symbol of unwavering consistency, ensuring that a burger enjoyed in Tokyo tastes identical to one in Topeka. By pioneering a "system" rather than just a menu, he turned the simple act of eating into a high-speed, high-standard marvel of efficiency, proving that a bold vision fueled by obsessive quality control could turn a single walk-up window into the most dominant retail footprint on Earth. To engage with the legacy of Ray Kroc is to witness the birth of the modern world’s pace—where speed, service, and scale collide to create an empire that serves billions with the precision of a Swiss watch.
