Both are dated December 17, 1814 with the latest reports from several weeks before the historic Battle of New Orleans would become a great victory for the American forces under General Jackson. 
Four pages, a stain to a lower portion of the right margin causing no loss of readability, otherwise a few minor stains, good condition.
