WINDSOR FEDERAL GAZETTE, Vermont, Sept. 13, 1803  The front page has an interesting article headed: "A Comparative View of the Disadvantages & Benefits which Would Probably Accrue to the United States from an Enlargement of Their Territorial Limits by the Purchases of Either LOUISIANA or the FLORIDAS", taking over a full column. Included are arguments "No. 1" followed by "No. II".
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, very nice condition.

A quite scarce title as it existed from just 1801 thru 1804. Aside from a recent purchase we have not had any issues of this title to offer in our 50+ years.
