Half of page 2 is taken up with reports from the "Federal Legislature". Among the back page ads is one for a: "Run Away...in the state of Virginia...a Negro man slave by name Isaac..." with more detail.
Four pages, tiny binding holes along the spine, untrimmed, very nice condition.
