A part-printed, part-handwritten document by "...Elisha West of Kingston in the County of Plymouth in New England...sum of sixty six pounds thirteen shillings & four pence...absolutely convey...a certain farm or parcel of land..." with the various details. Dated near the bottom at Plymouth "May the first AD 1752" with several signatures, including some remnants of two red wax seats next to the signatures of Elisha West & his wife (see).
