THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, July 3, 1766 Page 6 has: "A letter from New York says that the Scots, who are very numerous in all the American colonies, on receiving the celebrated speech of the great patriot for the repeal of the stamp act, in which he pays a compliment to their country, where he found a race of brave men...expressed the highest satisfaction."
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 inches, rubbing to the front page causes two very small holes, partial red tax stamp on page 2, very nice condition.
