THE EDINBURGH ADVERTISER, Scotland, 1765 A rather uncommon title from before the Revolutionary War and a nice opportunity for a British newspaper from during the year of the Stamp Act in the colonies. Contents include various news of the day with a wealth of ads as well.  Complete in 8 pages & measuring about 8 1/2  by 11 inches, never trimmed at the margin, some light rubbing at the folds, generally nice condition. The back page has a partial red-inked tax stamp. The photo below is generic but the issue you receive will be almost identical and will be from the year 1765.
