Headed: "Smithsonian Institution" the report has subheads concerning plans for the: "Order of Arrangements" "The Military Escort" "Masonic Arrangements' "Arrangements of the Odd Fellows" "I.O.O.F." and more.
I suspect such a report would only be found in a newspaper from Washington, D.C.
Four pages, various discrete, archival mends, mostly at margins, very nice condition.
