Very much a tourist-themed publication as there is a lengthy list of names of: "Arrivals on Pike's Peak" and a wealth of hotel & other travel-related advertisements. A lengthy article on "Pike's Peak" with photos of: "Minnehana Falls" and "Through Lion Gulch".
Eight pages with the color covers, a few minor archival mends inside, minimal edge wear, generally nice.
