Page 3 has reports of discussions from Congress, one report headed: "Indiana State" which includes: "...proceeded to the order of the day on the resolution recognizing the republicanism & conformity to constitution and law of the constitution of the new State of Indiana...and ordered to a third readying. It was accordingly read a third time and passed unanimously." It would be presented to the President for signature the day after this printing and Indiana officially became the 19th state of the Union on December 11.
The top of page 3 has an ad for the historic: "Union Tavern, Georgetown".
