The top of the front page has a two column heading: "PROHIBITION WILL NOW BECOME PART OF BASIC LAW OF COUNTRY" with subheads. (see) The same day Nebraska would ratify as well, formally ratifying the 18th amendment to the Constitution & causing Prohibition to take effect the next year.
Complete in 20 pages, light toning, a little margin wear, should be handled with care.
