The back page has a 4 by 6 inch engraving captioned: "Supposed Appearance Of The Great Sea-Serpent, From H.M.S. 'Plumper,' Sketched By An Officer On Board." Also a related article: "The Great Sea Serpent" written by the naval officer who witnessed the sea serpent and provided the sketch (see).
An interior leaf is lacking. Fourteen pages, good condition.
